Key Responsibilities:
- . Plan, execute, and supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at the site.
- . Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs before execution.
- . Coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth project progress.
- . Monitor the installation of HVAC, electrical, firefighting, plumbing, drainage, and ELV systems.
- . Ensure all MEP works are carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- . Prepare daily progress reports and track project schedules.
- . Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- . Manage subcontractors, vendors, and manpower associated with MEP activities.
- . Check material quality, approve material usage, and maintain inventory records.
- . Resolve technical issues and provide site engineering support.
- . Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project specifications.
- . Coordinate with consultants and clients during inspections and handover activities.
- . Prepare as-built drawings and completion documentation.
- . Maintain proper documentation related to work progress, measurements, and billing.
