      Key Responsibilities:
      • . Plan, execute, and supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at the site.
      • . Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs before execution.
      • . Coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth project progress.
      • . Monitor the installation of HVAC, electrical, firefighting, plumbing, drainage, and ELV systems.
      • . Ensure all MEP works are carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
      • . Prepare daily progress reports and track project schedules.
      • . Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
      • . Manage subcontractors, vendors, and manpower associated with MEP activities.

      • . Shoot and edit photos, reels, walkthroughs and project-related videos.
      • . Plan and execute the monthly social media content calendar.
      • . Create, write and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
      • . Manage comments, messages, reviews, mentions and tags.
      • . Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve content.
      • . Coordinate with designers, internal teams, SEO and digital marketing partners.
      • . Keep Google Business Profiles and website content updated.

      Qualification: Any Graduate/HS passed

      Key Responsibilities:
      • . Carry out electrical installation, wiring, and maintenance work at construction sites.
      • . Install and maintain electrical systems such as lighting, power outlets, panels, and distribution boards.
      • . Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely repairs.
      • . Read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts.
      • . Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
      • . Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for smooth project execution.
      • . Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify issues.
      • . Maintain records of electrical work and report progress to the site supervisor.
      Lift Operator

      Qualification: 10 or above
      Experience:  4-5 years of experience
      Key Responsibilities:
      • . Operate the construction lift/hoist safely and efficiently.
      • . Transport workers, construction materials, tools, and equipment to designated floors.
      • . Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of the lift, including brakes, controls, doors, safety devices, and communication systems.
      • . Ensure that the lift is not overloaded beyond its rated capacity.
      • . Maintain proper records of lift operation and inspections, if required.
      • . Report any mechanical defects, malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately to the Site Engineer or Maintenance Team.
      • . Ensure passengers follow safety instructions while using the lift.
      • . Keep the lift cabin and surrounding area clean and free from obstructions.
      • . Stop lift operations during unsafe weather conditions or when instructed by site management.
      • . Assist in emergency evacuation procedures when necessary.
      • . Comply with all site safety rules, PPE requirements, and statutory regulations.
      • . Coordinate with site supervisors regarding material movement schedules.
      Sales Tele caller

      Qualification : Graduate
      Experience : 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in real estate
      Key Responsibilities:
      • Call Customers: Make calls to people and tell them about our property projects.
      • Fix Appointments: Set up meetings for the sales team with interested clients.
      • Find New Leads: Use phone calls, social media and other ways to find new customers.
      • Support Sales Team: Help the sales team by giving them good leads and assisting in closing deals.
      • Handle Objections: Answer customer questions and handle complaints politely.
      • Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to get better results.
      • Collect Feedback: Talk to customers and share their feedback with the team.
      Sales Executive

      Qualification : Graduate or MBA in Sales and Marketing
      Experience : 3 – 4 years relevant experience in real estate
      Key Responsibilities:
      • Achieve Sales Goals: Fulfill monthly and yearly sales quotas.
      • Find New Clients: Reach out to potential buyers through calls, visits, events and referrals.
      • Sell Properties: Explain project details, show properties and help clients choose the right one.
      • Negotiate Deals: Discuss prices and terms with clients, and close the deal smoothly.
      • Work with Team: Coordinate with marketing and other teams to ensure everything goes well for the client.
