      Experience:  4-5 years of experience
      Key Responsibilities:
      • . Operate the construction lift/hoist safely and efficiently.
      • . Transport workers, construction materials, tools, and equipment to designated floors.
      • . Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of the lift, including brakes, controls, doors, safety devices, and communication systems.
      • . Ensure that the lift is not overloaded beyond its rated capacity.
      • . Maintain proper records of lift operation and inspections, if required.
      • . Report any mechanical defects, malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately to the Site Engineer or Maintenance Team.
