         Key Responsibilities:
      • Highrise ERP Management:
      • Administer, configure, and optimize Highrise ERP modules including project management, accounting, CRM, procurement, and leasing.
      • Collaborate with departments to ensure proper utilization of Highrise features for improved operational efficiency.
      • Monitor system performance and manage upgrades, customizations, and bug fixes in coordination with the ERP vendor.
      • Train end-users, create documentation, and serve as the primary point of contact for all Highrise ERP-related issues.
      • IT Infrastructure Oversight:
      • Maintain secure and reliable IT infrastructure including network systems, data storage, backups, and cybersecurity protocols.
      • Ensure systems are scalable to meet business growth, with effective disaster recovery and failover mechanisms.
      • Project & Vendor Management:
      • Lead IT projects including system upgrades, hardware procurement, and digital transformation initiatives.
      • Manage relationships with Highrise and other technology vendors, ensuring service levels and contractual compliance.
      • Team Leadership:
      • Supervise IT support staff and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
      • Develop and implement IT policies and standard operating procedures.
      • Data Management & Reporting:
      • Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data across all business units.
      • Design custom reports and dashboards in Highrise to support real-time decision-making by leadership.
           
      Sales Tele caller

      • Designation : Sales Tele caller
      • Experience :2 – 3 years of relevant experience in real estate
      • Qualification : Graduate
      • Gender : Female

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Call Customers: Make calls to people and tell them about our property projects.
      • Fix Appointments: Set up meetings for the sales team with interested clients.
      • Find New Leads: Use phone calls, social media and other ways to find new customers.
      • Support Sales Team: Help the sales team by giving them good leads and assisting in closing deals.
      • Handle Objections: Answer customer questions and handle complaints politely.
      • Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to get better results.
      • Collect Feedback: Talk to customers and share their feedback with the team.
           
      Sales Executive

      • Designation : Sales Executive
      • Experience : 3 – 4 years relevant experience in real estate
      • Qualification : Graduate or Masters in Sales and Marketing
      • Gender : Male / Female
      Key Responsibilities:
      • Achieve Sales Goals: Fulfill monthly and yearly sales quotas.
      • Find New Clients: Reach out to potential buyers through calls, visits, events and referrals.
      • Sell Properties: Explain project details, show properties and help clients choose the right one.
      • Negotiate Deals: Discuss prices and terms with clients, and close the deal smoothly.
      • Work with Team: Coordinate with marketing and other teams to ensure everything goes well for the client.
