Key Responsibilities:

• . Supervise daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, and maintenance services.
• . Ensure proper upkeep of common areas, building infrastructure, and utilities.
• . Monitor and coordinate routine maintenance and repair activities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• . Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve issues proactively.
